Appointment & Cancellation Policies
Just an fyi!
During your appointment we take great care to help your piano be the best version of itself! There’s always the possibility that we’ll discover minor repairs needed to allow completion of your tuning. Don’t worry, we’ll always check with you first.
The One and Only!
Service appointments are tied to a specific piano. This allows us to plan out appointment times, cost, etc. Please don’t switch pianos on us last minute:)
If you need to cancel …
We get that life happens. If you need to move your appointment by a couple days or even a week, just shoot us a text or an email. Because we aim to give you our full attention and reserve our time for your piano, a $45 fee is incurred (per piano) if an appointment is cancelled within 3 business days.
This is in no way punitive! We fill our schedule 3-5 weeks in advance and last minute cancellations force us to sit idle during that appointment time … this fee just helps offset that loss.
We all forget sometimes:)
The honest truth is we want to help your piano … but we also have to operate a business and provide for our families! If no one is present at the piano’s location when the we arrive, we’ll do our best to get in touch with you. If we can’t, we’ll have to consider your appointment cancelled and bill it as a service call ($95).
